WHY US?

We are a team of chartered accountants, who act collectively in providing you the right answers to your questions. We possess the relevant skillsets and qualifications to be in the right position to advise you on various accounting topics.

We believe that you deserve a fair price quoted, and your focus should be on growing your business.

We have noted that, charging by the hours often leads to consultants dragging on sessions, and you would be stuck in meaningless discussions. Worse, you might even not get your answers.

Rather than charging by the hours, our business model is done on transactional basis. This way, we strive to keep the hours short while delivering the answers that you need. As a result of a 'need-to' involvement from us, you would be able to save on unnecessary costs.

Of course, where you would prefer a discussion/ training session, we are happy to tailor to your requests, through our 'practical application & case study' service package.

WHY DO YOU NEED US?

You may have an accountant who may not have adequate knowledge on specific accounting topics. Consequently, the accountants are left hung to dry, with nobody to support/guide. This may result in inaccurate and/or inappropriate accounting treatments being applied, resulting in errors in the financial reports.

Often times, you would always reach out to your external auditors. However, due to independence requirements, external auditors may not be in the position to advise you and/or undertake the preparation of certain assessments. Accordingly, there may be disputes between yourself and the external auditors over the interpretation and treatments of accounting issues.

While we do acknowledge external consultants may be another alternative, the process is usually tedious (e.g. long client onboarding process, massive paperworks, limitation of conclusions/reports) and expensive.

Accordingly, our purpose is to support you in your business journey, where we can provide the relevant guidance and insights.

WHAT ARE THE RELEVANT ACCOUNTING STANDARDS APPLICABLE?

We focus on accounting topics under the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) issued by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB). IFRS is widely adopted by over 120 countries, including the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and Europe.

Unfortunately, we do not advise on Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) which mainly applies to United States and Japan companies.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

Depending on the complexity of your questions, we aim to address and resolve your queries within 14 working days.

Where necessary, we will reach out to you for clarifications and to discuss with you on the accounting issues.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT?

Upon submission of your query, we will assess the complexity of the query and price quotation (e.g. USD 10, USD 25. etc.). The scope of work and problem statement would be confirmed upfront with you, and we will invoice you for payment at your agreement.

We accept payments via Paypal.

Upon receipt of the invoice issued to you, you would be able to make payment via the link embedded in the invoice.

Note: While we strive to satisfy your expectations as much as we can, payments made are not refundable, as resources and efforts have been undertaken.
